Summer Shipping Advisory (May–September)
During warmer months, we take extra precautions: double insulation, additional gel ice packs, and priority routing. We also ship Monday–Wednesday to avoid packages sitting in hot facilities over weekends. If you're in a particularly hot region, consider selecting expedited shipping at checkout for fastest delivery.

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–5 business days via USPS Priority. Subscription orders ship automatically on your renewal date.
Is shipping really free?
Yes — all subscription orders ship free within the continental US. One-time purchases may have a small flat-rate shipping fee.
Will my package be discreet?
Absolutely. We ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no product names, logos, or descriptions visible on the outside. The return address shows our business name only.
What if it's hot outside when my order ships?
We monitor weather conditions at both our facility and your delivery zip code. When temps exceed 80°F, we add extra insulation and cold packs, and prioritize shipping early in the week so your package isn't sitting in a hot warehouse over a weekend.
Should I refrigerate my peptides when they arrive?
Yes. Once your package arrives, store your vials in the refrigerator (36–46°F / 2–8°C). Unreconstituted peptides are stable at room temperature for short periods, but refrigeration maximizes shelf life.
What if my order arrives damaged or compromised?
Contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement at no charge — product integrity is non-negotiable for us.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We're evaluating international shipping options and will announce any expansion.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
